Amritsar-india

Golden Temple:Amritsar is a one of the most beautiful city in India. it is an important seat of Sikh history and culture. There are various historical and religious sites. The most famous of them is Golden Temple which is founded by the fourth Guru of Sikhs, Guru Ramdas and completed by his successor Guru Arjan Dev.Golden Temple also known as Shri Harmandir Sahib and Shri Darbar Sahib.

Jallian Wala Bagh:This place is more important in Indian History, When British Empires were ruling in India, 13 April 1919 people gathered at Jallian Wala Bagh to celebrate Baisakhi then The Governor General Dyer personally led the troops to the sight and ordered his men to open fire without warning. It resulted the death of 379 and injured more than 1200 people.Today this ground has changed to a park and its has a pleasant garden.you can see those bullets marks which people try to escape from. At the east end of the garden there is a large memorial built in memory of those who died here.

Wagha Border: The International border between India and Pakistan. The pomp and pageantry of the Beating Retreat and the Change of Guard within handshaking distance of the Indian and Pakistani forces makes the most charming spectacle.

Transport:You can go to Amritsar by Bus, Train and Air as well. Amritsar Raja Sansi Airport now an International Airport. you can catch any kind of flights from there even domestic or international.

These places are really heart touching, where you want to go again and again.i personally went there and it was very emotional and touching experience for me.
